Marketing strategist & project lead for companies that need the next move to be the right one.

About Me
I have spent 20+ years in brand strategy, marketing and communications — as a strategy director inside the Publicis network, as a managing director of an agency, and most recently as the strategy lead of a European creative agency.
In that time I have built and delivered programmes for Kohler, PepsiCo, Danone, Beiersdorf (NIVEA), Carlsberg, Aquaphor and a run of fast-growing tech companies, across the EU, the GCC, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Different markets, different budgets, the same discipline: understand the audience, decide what the brand stands for, then make it happen in the real world.
I now work directly with businesses, and as a senior subcontract partner for agencies that need strategic weight on a pitch or a client.
Services
Positioning, brand platforms and rebranding programmes — including building a brand from nothing.
Market entry for the EU, US and GCC. Launch playbooks for startups and for established brands moving into new territory.
A clear read on what is not working in your marketing and communications, and a plan you can actually execute.
Structure, process and communication for fully remote marketing teams — set up so they keep working after I leave.
Putting AI tools into strategy, content and analytics workflows without losing the quality bar.
Pitch support and strategic supervision of client projects, on a subcontract basis.

Four years as regional social lead: a creative and production process built to hold global standards month after month.

Carlsberg Group · Social · Uzbekistan
Tuborg, Kronenbourg, 1664 Blanc, Žatecký Gus and local Sarbast — each with its own strategy rather than a shared template.

Zubr Capital · Event platform · Web Summit
A founders-and-investors side event that outgrew its own registration list in year one and became a signature annual platform.

Travely · Launch campaign · Baltics
The proposition sounded unreal, so the launch look book made the destinations unreal too — and let the app deliver the ordinary part.

Weeca · Brand creation · Fintech
Name first, then an identity carrying one idea: closeness — peer-to-peer payments as simple as speaking to the person next to you.

Sharp & Gentle · Positioning · B2B education
From a LinkedIn presence to a full digital strategy and a funnel that runs from the website through to a course or a live seat.

Rotary Club · Communications · Non-profit
Club life on one track, the supported projects as an ongoing diary on the other — so progress stays visible between milestones.

Why me
Strategy director in a global network, managing director of an agency, and strategy lead for brands. I know how the agency will scope it and how the client will judge it, because I have been both.
A luxury showroom in Riyadh, TikTok in Central Asia, a fintech launch in the Baltics, a design-week evening in London. Different markets teach different things, and none of it is theory.
You get me on the project, not a pitch appearance followed by a junior team. Small scope, direct line, no layers between the thinking and the execution.
Every project above ends in a number, because that is how it was scoped. KPIs get agreed up front, and I would rather argue about them early than deliver a beautiful strategy nobody can act on.
